Real Warfare 2: Northern Crusades is the new chapter in this series of medieval real-time strategy.

In the new campaign players will take part in the key events of the history of the 13th century Teutonic Order , namely the conquest of Prussia. All battles form a single storyline campaign. Players will act as a Komtur of the Teutonic Order as they relive the battles of the crusaders and acquire victory despite the low numbers of the Order and the fierce resistance of heathens.

The game consists of two game modes , since the responsibilities of Komturs were not limited to just battles. In the strategic mode players can move their armies freely around the game world in real time. The mode features full freedom of movement, dialogues with locals, RPG elements, quest system and much more.

However, sooner or later, the players will have no other choice but to lead their faithful warriors into battle. And this could be battle with other armies, large-scale sieges of towns and castles, use of various special siege weapons and tools to take the fighting up to the city walls and breach fortifications.

• RPG system. Troops gain experience throughout the campaign and carry it over from mission to mission.
• Combat system. The unique combat system where the outcome is determined by up to 80 game factors and parameters, including the troops morale, which is affected in real-time by events that are happening around the troops on the battlefield.
• Unprecedented scale. Real Warfare 2: Northern Crusades features large-scale battles with more than 10,000 units fighting in a single battle, impressive sieges and defense of towns and castles against enemies.

• Two game modes. The game features strategic map, where players can travel around freely and interact with various characters. The battles will be carried out in the well-known tactical mode.
• Multiplayer. Apart from the storyline campaign the game features several diverse multiplayer modes. From 2 up to 6 gamers can participate in a battle at a dedicated Internet server. The results will form online Hall of Fame.
